Why haven't games re-opened?

First, we are sorry that we have not been able to respond to all emails about our re-opening policy.

We endeavour to offer a high service level, and regret that we could not answer every mail.

So what is happening now?

LotteryGarden will shortly be closing our ticket selling service to stay in tune with changes in legal circumstances.

Since 2007, we have been selling tickets to thousands around the world, paying out prizes big and small.

However later this year it will become evident that services such as ours will be operating illegally, and this affects us (the sellers) and you (the buyers).

There is not an issue presently, so please do not worry. We expect this to change around April 2011, after which you should remain very cautious about using ANY site (except official ones) to purchase tickets; even if they say it is "safe" to do so.

What happens next?

We will shortly begin to de-activate (and contact) members who do not have any Cash or Ticket credits. They will be unable to add more funds.

To those members that DO have credits (Cash or Tickets), we will open games. As a gesture of goodwill, these will be at the same low price as we previously offered.

Once the credits are played through, you will be unable to add more credit.

If after one month you have not used the credit, then any Cash credits will be transferred back to you via Moneybookers.

I don't want to play - I just want my Credit back...

Absolutely fine. Simply use the "Manage Funds" Withdraw request and we will credit you back via Moneybookers.
