online ticket purchasing service operated by GLOBAL FULFILMENT SYSTEMS LTD
(Hereon "GFS Ltd.") |

- Use of the services offered on
the www.LotteryGarden.com site are subject
to the Terms and Conditions as detailed
on this page
- GFS Ltd. reserve the right to modify
these terms and conditions at any time, but users will be notified when any changes have been made.
- All Terms and Conditions are legally
binding upon acceptance by the
individual on whose behalf the ticket(s)
are purchased (hereon after the "Individual")
- We encourage you to
read the following Terms and Conditions before playing.

Charges are made in accordance to the
fees stated |
| 03. |
It is the
responsibility of the Individual to ensure
that correct instructions are submitted to www.LotteryGarden.com to effect the
purchase of any ticket. GFS Ltd. will accept no
liability for incorrect instructions. |
| 04. |
GFS Ltd. cannot be held
liable for any lost or delayed transactions
caused by the failure of the UK Lottery
computer or for any other computer or
communications fault that may occur in the
transaction of this business. |
| 05. |
GFS Ltd. will only
acquire tickets if successful payment is
received before 16:00 hrs ( UK Time) on the
respective day of the draw. GFS Ltd. cannot
be held liable for any late notification of
entries for a particular draw. It is the
responsibility of the Individual to ensure
that their orders are placed in time for a
draw and that their Active Entries correctly show their purchased tickets. If the
Individual does not receive a confirmation
by email of their order (due to the player’s
ISP non-performance) then they must check
(prior to cut-off time) their own
transaction history online for confirmation
of their entry. For payments received after
the cut-off time, the Individual understands
that: |

- A ticket will not have been
purchased for that draw, and therefore
no prizes may be claimed.
- They will receive Credits (either as Tickets or Cash Credit) for the affected number of tickets which can be used for future draws.

GFS Ltd. shall act as
group manager in collection of prize monies,
and will seek to notify
winners of their prizes within 48 hours.
Where prizes are in the category of "Match 3 main ball" or lower, the prize will be paid immediately, and in full directly in to the member's LotteryGarden account. Further rules regarding the prize apply depending on the ticket-type:
Value Tickets: Monies shall be paid only to
the Individual, less any accrued interest
and the relevant agency fee within a
maximum of 10 working days of receipt from
Camelot Limited. For winnings in the category of "Match 3 Main Numbers" and lower, there is 0% agency fee. For higher prizes, there is an agency fee of 5%
Premium Tickets: Monies shall be paid only to
the Individual, less any accrued interest
within a
maximum of 10 working days of receipt from
Camelot Limited. There is 0% agency fee regardless of the prize level. Winners may also convert prizes (if they so wish) in to UK Lotto/ThunderBall ticket credits at the special rate of £1=1Ticket.

Who may use the service? |

- The Individual may not purchase
tickets nor claim prize monies if under
the age of 18 years
- The Individual must observe their
national laws relating to lottery and
gambling. In case of doubt, the
cardholder must assure themselves

| 08. |
Players who submit their tickets in to a LotteryGarden syndicate understand that:
- Every ticket in the syndicate has exactly the same percentage share, together equalling 100%.
- Players can only enter one ticket per syndicate
- If the syndicate table is only partially filled, then prizes will be split only amongst the participating players
- Prizes won in a syndicate are still subject to clause 06.
- Where the value of each syndicate players' prize after splitting is less than £1, the player will be only able to convert this in to Cash credit.
- Once entered, a syndicate ticket cannot be withdrawn or moved from the syndicate

The entry is purchased on
your behalf subject to the rules for online
games and the UK Lottery game procedures. In
the event of your failure to comply with
those rules and procedures, the ticket
purchased on your behalf shall become the
property of GFS Ltd. and any prize monies
resulting therefrom shall remain the
property of GFS Ltd. |

Customer data will be treated confidentially
and will not be sold on under any
circumstances. |

Your credit card will be
processed immediately after confirmation of
your instruction to Add Funds, using the Manage Funds page. The debit will
appear on your credit card statement as "MONEYBOOKERS, LONDON ". |

Refunds & cancellations policy |

Once you have
instructed a ticket purchase our
services begin immediately and so,
unfortunately, we're not able to offer
any refunds. Tickets cannot be amended
or cancelled because an instruction to
purchase is automatically carried out
after confirmation from you. Please
double-check your numbers before
completing your purchase to avoid any
mishaps.

For tickets that have
been purchased by the Individual, but
relate to a draw not within 14
days, GFS Ltd. may be able to validate
those tickets for an alternative date. To
use this facility, please email tickets@lotterygarden.com

Due to our volume discount pricing structure, GFS Ltd.
will not normally refund your unexpired
entries if you decide to cancel those
tickets altogether. Under exceptional
circumstances, refunds will be made to
cardholders for tickets not
relating to draws within 14 days, less any benefits accrued through volume discounts for elapsed tickets.

Chargebacks: Individuals will automatically forfeit
any and all prizes won if a payment is
charged back for any reason for any
transaction. If a chargeback is
received, GFS Ltd. reserves the right
to credit back any transactions from
that Individual, who in turn may forfeit
any prizes won through this service. We
would ask that you consult us at service@lotterygarden.com before initialising a chargeback.

GFS Ltd. recommends that the
cardholder/Individual prints out all
transaction data, the rules of the game, the
cancellation regulations, and the payment
methods in order to avoid misconceptions and
discussions at a later time and keep them at
an easily accessible place. |
| 14. |
GFS Ltd. cannot be held
responsible for any failure to deliver
entries you have ordered, or the delay in
doing so that is caused by any event or
circumstance beyond reasonable control. Force Majure applies. |
