Click on a game using the red, blue or green game indicator underneath the main menu. Choosing a game will automatically change the number-selection board.

If you want to play your Favourite Numbers, click the "My Favourites" link and tick the required tickets; then go to Step 4. To add numbers to your Favourites, you must place the ticket in your basket, and then select the red heart button on the appropriate row.

Pick numbers as instructed (for example "Choose 6 numbers" for UK Lotto). Don't worry, we will tell you if you have chosen too many/few numbers.

For random picking, just press the RANDOM PICK button as many time as you like until you like what you see :)

Once selected, click the DATE that you want to play the ticket for. Done! The ticket is now added to your basket!

Choose as many tickets as you like in the same way. You can see how many you have, and how much it will all cost in the green Invoice panel on the right side of the same page.

If you want to upgrade any tickets to "Premium" tickets then you may do so by clicking the relevant button in your basket.

If you have sufficient credits then you will see the Pay Now button in the green Invoice panel.

If you don't then you will see a button to "Add Funds". Use this to go to the Manage Funds page where you will be able to add credit to your account.

You can then see your purchased tickets on your Active Entries page. If you can't, then check your Statements page to see if the payment is recorded. If yes, then email us and we will see what went wrong.

From Active Entries, you have the option to email your tickets to yourself if you wish. Or you can save them to an Excel file if you prefer.

After that, we will buy your tickets and send you an email by 6pm GMT on the draw date to tell you that we have actually purchased your official tickets.

Then just wait... dream... and enjoy! We will tell you how your tickets performed within 24 hours of the game purchase, and send you an update using email and our message center.
