You will receive payment confirmation from our credit-card processor, and then email confirmation of actual ticket purchase and entry from LotteryGarden by 6pm GMT on the day of the draw. LotteryGarden will not be liable for losses incurred by lack of performance by players' internet service providers.

Cancellations: Refunds will only be considered for new players (within their first 2 transactions), and only for tickets pertaining to draws taking place after seven days from the cancellation request. Firstly, be assured that your winnings are safe, and we will do everything possible to secure safe transfer to you. Secondly, wait for us to contact you, or feel free to contact us if you just need some confirmation. We will contact you, either at the registered address, email address or telephone number to make arrangements for your payout. It is therefore important to supply your correct details when registering and update them regularly. For winnings in a category higher than "match 3 main balls", LotteryGarden will retain 5% of the prize."

If you have won then we will contact you as soon as possible, but certainly within 48 hours. For larger prizes we will email and phone you (so make sure your contact details are up to date). We will pay out all prizes within 10 days of receipt from the UK lottery operator, assuming we are able to make quick contact with you.

Prizes receieved by us are not taxed, and you will receive the cash in one lump sum. Depending on your country's tax regulations, you may be required to declare the windfall though. In the event of a large win, a financial adviser may guide you in planning the best solution for your money in your country.

It is likely that you have not yet clicked the "Activation Link" that would have been sent to you after you first registered with LotteryGarden. Outlook If you're using Outlook 2003 for your e-mail, you can make sure all LotteryGarden mail is delivered to your Inbox by letting Outlook know you consider it safe. There are a few ways you can do this:
Open any LotteryGarden e-mail, then add the lotterygarden.com domain to your Safe List.
Add tickets@lotterygarden.com and service@lotterygarden.com to your Address Book.
Open any LotteryGarden maill, then select 'Mark as Not Junk'.

Yahoo! To ensure that your LotteryGarden e-mail alerts are delivered to your Yahoo Inbox (not the Bulk Mail folder), you can instruct Yahoo to filter it to your Inbox. Here's how: Open your Yahoo mailbox and select one of our emails. It may be in the Spam folder! Select the mail and click the "Not Spam" button.

6. Enter your ticket number and upload your scanned document. THIS IS A SECURE PAGE. Your scanned page will be encrypted and unreadable by third-parties.

7. Await response from Moneybookers.
